With over twenty-five years experience in learning and development, Deb is highly competent in all areas, from training needs analysis through to evaluation.  She excels in facilitation and delivery and has an excellent reputation for reading a group and tailoring the learning to meet their specific requirements.  Deb is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development and is qualified in Training Practice, On-line Learning, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Accelerated Learning and Coaching.  She works with clients across a broad sector of business types including government, finance, manufacturing, public sector and service-led organisations.

Helen brings to the team a wealth of marketing experience having successfully helped her clients define their audience and establish the most effective and appropriate way to communicate with them. She is a specialist in brand development and can work with teams to ensure clear brand values are understood by employees and communicated effectively to customers. Helen will enable clients to have a marketing strategy aimed specifically at delivering business objectives in line with business development plans.


Nicola Joyce, Vision - CMSRosemary Gratton, Cranford Training

Rosemary has over 18 years' experience in IT Training, delivering Microsoft courses to all types and sizes of organisations, including the NHS and other government departments, as well as solicitors, accountants, manufacturing companies and many other types of organisations.  She is a Senior Associate of the Institute of IT Trainers and has been awarded their Certificate in Training Delivery Skills (TAP), as well as holding professional teaching qualifications and Advanced ECDL examinations.  She is dedicated, reliable, patient and extremely flexible, always adapting the training to the needs of the individiual.

A qualified Myers Briggs (Step I and II), an advanced DISC practitioner, and qualified to use a range of other personality and behavioural assessments, Robin applies personality assessment with pragmatic business application. His special interest lies in emotional intelligence and, in particular, linking together the outputs from assessments to give real practical application to improve effectiveness and productivity.

Beverley Moore

Beverley works as a writer and trainer, following twenty years as a manager working in and for organisations in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. Her twin passions are customer service and communication.
Working with teams and individuals, she puts a focus on customers at the heart of all her training programmes. Specific areas include effective writing, successful service delivery and persuasive presentations.
A qualified member of both the Chartered Institute of Management and the Institute for Learning, Beverley designs practical and interactive training that delivers direct and immediate business benefits.
